The next two exercises are really good for tennis players and for other people of course What they involve is shoulder stabilization while we are raising the arm so in a tennis swing when you come back to do your back stroke and come forward the thing that is most important is when you do that shoulders lock down instead of coming up and stretching it out like that so the exercise looks like this, bringing the shoulders up, back and down and we are going to go ahead and bring the weight all the way up and lower and up, keeping the shoulders locked down and lower

Now to stretch online that a little bit we are going to go ahead and reach as far as we can keeping the shoulder locked down and reach, keeping the shoulder locked down so very different than this I am reaching extending my range and keeping the shoulder down The second part of this is to take the backhand, most people go like this, they stretch the muscles here and then on the way forward they stretch the muscles around the scapula So what we are going to do is rather than backhanding this way we’re going to take it back keeping the shoulders locked down and bring it forward, take it back and bring it forward, take it back even lower and bring it forward
