I Did The Boho Beautiful 21 Days Pilates Full Body Workout Challenge * Results

Today, I want to talk about the last challenge I did So I decided I was going to continue on my fitness journey and I was going to try Boho Beautiful's 21 Day Pilates Challenge So, I thought it would be super fun to do and challenging because if you've ever done Boho Beautiful videos they're just challenging and they're really effective and so, I thought I'd give it a shot and actually do the challenge all the way through and do exactly what they say to do When you do the challenge they talk about eating a salad every day and eating clean because if you're not eating clean you're not going to see the results and from my last video of doing the 30 day ab challenge or the 30 day 100 ab challenge I thought I would continue on and keep eating clean and just go from there Starting out it was really difficult

I definitely did not have the strength to be able to not modify any of the exercises however around day 10 I was able to stop modifying and I could do the entire workout without modifications So that felt really exciting and I like to celebrate those small wins just because they are critical to celebrate and its really important to celebrate non-scale wins If everything is just focused towards the end I would miss the celebration and the joy along and success of if So I felt really excited when I didn't have to modify So, that was really cool

The pros of this challenge this 21 day challenge, it was 21 days and Julianna actually writes out what you're supposed to do every day for the 21 days workout and she adds in some yoga videos and some other, um, pilate videos as well to just help you enhance your results and she talks about eating clean, which I mentioned earlier, so I did that And, the challenges with this was that it was really hard for me to do the same video almost every day So, I did notice around day 15 of the 21 day challenge I was like, ugh, I don't want to do this video today, um, which I think is just important mentally to show that you mentally have to push yourself past discomfort or things that you don't necessarily want to do in the moment but know you're going to feel really good about afterwards So, even though I didn't feel like doing the video on day 15 I just pushed through anyway and did it and felt good and felt glad that I did it, even if it didn't have the same effort then the days before it So, I mean I'm just somebody who likes to add in that variety so I really appreciated that they had other videos throughout the 21-day challenge to weave in

And I really appreciated that especially the yoga videos on the rest days So, um, for results, I feel that I definitely got stronger doing this 21-day pilates challenge, definitely felt my strength whether it was the tricep push-ups or the side planks or just the ab exercises I definitely felt my body get stronger and that is phenomenal And, I also noticed, okay so, I started my fitness journey January 1st, so since January 1st I am down 7 pounds, and 1 inch on my waist and 15 inches on my hips, however, the last video I did with the 100 abs every day for 30 days um, so I'm just going to update from there because I started doing the 21 day pilates challenge from that one

So that that would mean out of that 7 pounds I lost 2 pounds during the 21 days and half an inch on my waist and half an inch on my hips so i think that is really awesome results Again, I'm only adding in outside of this, occasionally going for a walk or just trying to get in a little bit more movement in my day and I'm using my Fitbit and making sure that I'm getting in, ya know my goal is to get in 10,000 steps a day but that's not always happening but I am getting in between 5,000 and 10,000 steps a day So, I am making sure that I'm being more active and getting in more movement in through my day as well even if that's dancing around with my kiddo or going for a walk or running in place for a little bit So, I'm definitely making sure I'm getting in movement Like I don't want to just do this workout and do nothing else if that makes sense

So, I do want to get to my results so I am trying to live a more active lifestyle inside and outside of doing the workouts I truly believe that is where I'm going to get the fastest results, however, this has been really fun So, if you have a challenge for me that you want me to try, let me know If you're interested in what I'm eating throughout the day, let me know so that I can make a video on that Because I really am eating much much cleaner and it feels really good and I feel like I have more energy, even though I'm not necessarily getting more sleep and when I do, like on the nights when I'm getting more sleep I think because of my increased activity I'm sleeping way more restfully
