– Hey, guys! It's Ash Wilking and this is Trainer of the Month Club, with Well + Good Today, I'm gonna take you through a quick cardio workout, you can do at home

We're gonna be running an EMOM circuit, which stands for: Every Minute On Minute We'll do five movements in under a minute, ten times through You ready to get working? Let's do it Five movements: two push ups, four plank hops, six lateral hops, eight drop squats and ten mountain climbers How quick can you do it in under a minute? Let's try

Ready? Time gets started in four, three, two, one, and go One, two push ups Hop those knees in to a bear One, two, three, four times Hop it up, ready? Lateral hops, one, up and over, two, three, four, five, six, land, drop down

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight Walk it out into those mountain climbers One, two, three, four, five six, seven, eight, nine, ten (quick exhale) How quick did we do it? Now you get to rest for the rest of the minute Remember: the faster you move, the more time you have to recover
